Who we are
Ledgr (the website and the iOS app) is run by Wondertabs Pte. Ltd. Questions or requests about your data: hello@wondertabs.com.
What we collect
Your email address and a hashed password. The tax details you enter: occupation, income, tax withheld, residency and other settings. The records you add: expenses, receipt photos, emailed receipts, work-from-home hours, assets, rental properties and investments.
On your phone
The iOS app keeps your sign-in token in the iPhone Keychain. Reminder settings and your AI choice stay on the phone. Reminders are local notifications; nothing is sent to us to schedule them. The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to add a receipt.
AI processing
When you scan a receipt, the photo and your occupation go to Google Gemini, with Groq and Cloudflare Workers AI as backups, to read the store, date, amount and items. When email receipts are sorted with AI, each receipt's store, subject, category, amount and date, plus your occupation and work-from-home method, go to the same services. Questions you type into Ask about deductions go to them too, with your occupation. The iOS app asks before it first sends receipts to AI. On the website, scanning a receipt, retrieving email receipts and Ask send this data when you use them. We send only what the task needs, and these services process it under their own terms.
Other services we use
Vercel hosts Ledgr. Supabase stores your account and data in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2) and sends account emails, such as password resets, through Resend. If you connect a mailbox through Airtail, Airtail finds receipt emails and passes them to Ledgr. Vercel, the AI services and Resend may process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell your data, show ads or use analytics or tracking.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while you have an account. Delete it in the iOS app (Settings, then Delete account), or email us and we'll do it. Deleting your account removes your account and everything in it from our database.
Your rights
You can see and correct your data in Ledgr at any time. For a copy of your data, or anything else under the Australian Privacy Principles, email us.
